I put in a paper application and submit it to the manager. I kept calling to see if there was an opening and to show my comittment. My interview was performed by a hiring manager. She asked me questions like how would you describe your favorite food. They are big on customer service and descriptive selling. She explained what was important to them and was interested in what my needs were as far as a flexible schedule. Note...if you need hours your availability needs to be open,they will work with you but it might be at the expense of your total hours for the week.
It was very informative and I felt comfortable with the knowledge that my interview would be considered with the utmost thought. I did not land the position, but have no ill will, they were right in the deli did not suit me. A barista position was far more paletteable
pretty easy and straightforward tho didn't get the job. probably shouldve done more prep. didn't have much experience with deli work which may have been why i didn't get the job but oh well

Great attention to detail and fluid information there were multiple follow ups the process was smooth I would others to look into this opportunity everything was structured communication was fluid
