They asked basic questions about how you handle fast paced enviorments and stress in the workplace. They also asked how well you work with people from different backgrounds. I only had 1 interview before being offered the job.

They are lying about competitive pay and available positions. The posting for the night crew is just there to get people to apply and then tell them “oops it’s taken, but we got other spots” while the listing never goes down. The competitive pay claim is all over the baker and other listings, as well as the actual application process, but transitioning from a different grocery store as a trained professional i was told they can still only give me 17/hr and never heard of no competitive pay claims ever. Just walked right out the interview then and there, turned out i wasn’t the only one that day., save yourselves some time
