Very different than expected. Unique. Felt like they didn’t really care for my degrees and experience, but rather the proof that I hold them and know what I’m doing. First in-person seemed like they were just getting to know me. Very extensive and detailed. Next one was with another engineer. Last one was with the owner of the company. With every interview out of the way, the more and more I wanted this job. They really make you feel exclusive and once you get the job, you understand why. This is no regular Comorans. Amazing overall!
