I first met with the recruiter for a 30 minute call where we chatted about the company, the role, and my background and experience. We also chatted about pay. The next call I had was a brief 15 minute call with the Director of People Experience where I quickly ran through my experience. The director confirmed pay with me again. The third step was with a couple people from the People Experience team as well as the recruiter again. This was more focused on culture fit and processes I've created. One of the interviewers was clearly working on something else for half the call, which I didn't appreciate. Overall, everyone I chatted with was friendly and engaging. The recruiter provided me with regular updates throughout the process and the process moved very quickly. I was ultimately rejected but the recruiter included some feedback, which I really appreciated!
