Applied through the co-op program at SFU. Submitted the standard resume and cover letter. One phone interview, followed by one panel interview. Gave me a tour of the facilities after the interview. After a week, told me I didn’t get the job. Overall a pleasant, professional, timely experience.
Three rounds of interviews. The first one is with HR, the second is with the hiring manager, and the third one is with upper management. The whole process is quite smooth in general.
