First interview with hiring manager and a team member. The format was informal and not structured. Second interview was with another commercial manager 1 week later, again it was informal and not structured. They expected the candidate to be asking a great deal of questions and be proactive in leading conversations. There was also a short excel test involved. The overall experience was enjoyable. I got a call from HR 1 week later about the rejection including feedback.
