Had a phone screen interview, but mostly them talking about SYP
Had a group interview(panel) with 2 designers for each round
Prepare questions that are thought-provoking and are actually interesting and specific to syp.
Last interview was just an acceptance video call.

Got an email notice for the phone interview three weeks after applied for the position. It was a typical phone interview, talked about one of the portfolio projects for a little bit and lots of Q&As. The rejection email came a week after.
