This was a traumatic experience. The first time i had three interviews very positive. On the final and fourth one I connect and 15 minutes pasa by and no one joins. I email the HR guy (who apparently was let go ) and he tells me that he has emailed me because they had decided yo transfer the position abroad. He never emailed me! Several months later, a Manger reaches out to me and we had an informal interviewed FaceTime with her who tells me that two new positions will be opening and that she wanted me to apply as I would be considered. I apply and this lady basically ghosted me! I sent many emails and she never responded. Not even to say sorry we will pass. As a human with decency applicants need to be treated with dignity and kindness as we are all looking for work because of need, Always remember that this can one day be you! Always think about the Golden Rule! Humility comes to us sooner or later!
