The interview was quite interesting and friendly. It consisted of 4 stages: meeting with HR, technical task, technical interview and meeting with the executive. They sent detailed feedback stating that the reason I didn't get the offer was the lack of confident demeanor and communication. Overall I am very happy with the process. The only thing I'd like to see improved is that it's preferable to inform the candidate in advance about soft skills issues before they get to the technical task and technical interview stages to save the candidate's time.
