The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first stage was a phone screening with one of the employees at the branch I applied to. Due to COVID-19, the results for the screening took a few months but I got an interview in May with the rest of the team. The interview was split into two group calls, one with the Project Managers and senior management, while the other was with the younger Project Engineers. Everyone was friendly, which made the interview seem like a normal conversation and helped to lighten the mood.
