Do a pre-screen phone interview. Once they call you, they will sit you in a room, you'll take a long and weird/dated handwritten test, wait for a while, then then speak to a hiring manager.

Long, difficult, and not worth my time looking back. i should have ran far away from this company. BUT they just seemed so nice! i laugh at myself now for thinking that they were 'nice'
