First i met with the HR manager who just went over my resume pretty much. Then I met with two men on the engineering team and they asked more about my technical background. They were pretty nice- no trick questions. They told me they would get back to me and I would take an IQ test but i didn't hear back for over a week only after i emailed to follow up...they said they hired someone else.

I applied online and received a phone call asking me to come in for an interview about 1-2 weeks later. Met with the HR representative and two members of the team whom I would be working with in the position. I was then asked to take a logic test online. I was asked to come back in about a week later for a second interview with a few directors of other departments and the COO. A few days later I was offered the position.
