The Manager is very friendly and test your technical abilities as well as your personalities.
You need to be fluent, alert and technical competent to answer each of the interview questions.
The interview was done in a room beside HR office and only one manager who is doing the hiring.

Molto snello, il primo è conoscitivo, svolto con manager e capo area. Il secondo in presenza di personale HR. Viene subito spiegata quella che sarà la posizione lavorativa e l'ambiente.

A few technical questions about PN-junction, such as: How it forms, how doping affects the depletion region and why the PN-junction conducts during forward bias. Describing past projects in resume and challenges faced. Nothing too technical or difficult, it was a group interview of three people interviewing me.
