Screened by recruiter in a quick manner. Then 1st interview on site. Standard cookie cutter STAR star format that felt limiting in expression. Dark room. felt awkward. Second in person interview with a bigger panel. Dark room again. Felt intimidating how I was questioned & made to answer for an our STAR question in detailed story format. Seems they wanted to be entertained and have a unicorn. Felt uncomfortable & left no room to talk more as a conversation. Left traumatized after.

About 15 questions on leadership. Same questions on both in person interview but the last interview felt like they internally wanted to sabotage each answer and grilled leaving no comforting room for a two conversation.
