First interview with their recruiter went well , it was phone interview asked a series of experience type questions, offered me brief overview of the position, was told I qualified for a second interview and would forward my information to the hiring manager it’s been 2 months and after communicating with them on several occasions I was told the hiring manager was on PTO and would get back to me.. still no response.. still no 2nd interview not even a rejection letter.. after attempting to contact the recruiter again they said they forward my resume again.. no follow up to this date.. maybe I’ve dodged a bullet ..

This place is great if you like a hiring manager who smirks at you and plays mind games with you as you talk. You can tell as you're just exchanging platitudes that he's really crunching the numbers upstairs to see if you're really going to be one of the homey Steris types, a "yes" man to everything and one to lay down the whole life to the new Steris god. I was unimpressed and frankly wanted to get out of there.

Got an obligatory phone interview that seemed rushed and was a half hour early the interviewer said that there wouldn’t be any reason why I won’t advance to the next step and never heard back, not even the run of the mill rejection email.
