I had a zoom interview with HR where they asked about my experience with children and if I had to plan 2 lesson plans for 1st graders through 5th graders what they would be. They wanted to see if my passions were channeled into a curriculum for kids. There was mandated reporter training that followed as well as a live scan and physical. The process took about a week to be hired and on site!
