Very smooth. Good manager. Very caring. He was very friendly, and gentle in the questioning. It was simple and easy. Told me the job scope and asked if it was okay.
One time interview with HOD and HR. Standard fill up of their job application form. Overall process was friendly and with clear descriptions of job scope/environment. However as ST is quite a huge company with different business unit, interview process might be difference
