There were two rounds of interview. The first interview was with the hiring manager and the second was with the head of department. Prior to the first interview, there was a technical test that will need to be completed.

Simple programming knowledge test, not easy, but depends on your skill. Also, different divisions, different department has different set of papers. So you can not take other people's experience for your interview. Just prepare and you will be good.
