The recruiting team at SSm was very helpful and informative. They are friendly people that seemed pleasant to work with. They were responsive in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. I had a very positive interview process and look forward to starting my position. They showed they really care about their mission.

Entrevista
Interview process went very well. They were thorough with all details and explained everything very well. I felt that the people were very caring, compassionate, and understanding. I received an offer for employment as a CNA at St Francis from my interview.

Eventful, lots of online paperwork. I had received a scholarship and so that requieres a whole lot of time between classes and interviews, and then orientations. The whole process, which wasn’t really their fault was time consuming. Although, I did get my start date pushed back twice and now I am waiting to make income again.

There was a phone screen and an in-person interview. Phone screen was very straightforward, asked about my expectations and the company's expectations. Was called in for an in-person interview a few days after.
