Submitted online application and was contacted via email the next morning. Phone interview scheduled that same day and in person interview scheduled with manager 3 business days later. Was sent request to submit references prior to in person interview.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
