HR is outsourced so there seems to be a disconnect in overall communication and departmental organization. They dont have benefits and compensation package posted and when asked, just gives “competitive” generalities.
No share of knowledge occurs the entire process. Overall broad generalities of what they are looking for. They seem to look for certain keywords rather than a build off of current knowledge/experience and what both can work with.
When deeper and more specific questions are drilled about job requirements, organization, and support, interview feigned interest as if they were being “found out” of their practices.
