The interview was a panel of multiple people from recruiters to hr to sales reps. They ask questions about personality, work ethic, and leadership skills. It was an easy interview

Pretty simple, I had two interviews. They asked your typical interview questions. They more so just want to make sure you have good people skills I believe and are willing to relocate.

The early stages of the interview process were great as the different interviewers were easy to converse with. However when the panel interview came up which was intimidating to begin with it was an uncomfortable situation. Unsure if maybe it was an off day but no one on the panel really spoke and it seemed questions were just asked to fill the silence. Aside from the regional VP who I had already spoken with the other 4 people made it an uncomfortable interview.
