I had a short phone interview that went well and I was moved onto the next phase, an in-person interview. The in-person interview was really neat! It's similar to speed dating, there are several tables with customer service reps that each have a question to ask. They use a rating system to determine who gets moved on further. I unfortunately was not selected this time but will definitely try again when the opportunity is provided!

Entrevista
I just passed the 1st interview have my second interview this wednesday im so nervous ! I really want this job but i want to get more familiar with the questions they ask. Any tips ? I tend to get super nervous and overshare
5 min phone interview if you pass that you go to an in person speed round interview with around 15 different tables. You are rated in a points system. They usually have like 20 openings but 200 people they interview.
