The process starts earlier with a form where you chose the technology that you want to work with, then you get a technical assessment in Hackerrank (3H test) you get asked on various aspects of .NET ASP.NET, C#, Entity Framework... 20 MCQ, then a small exercise to create an MVC app or an API or Console app for basic CRUD operations, and finally a problem solving exercise, (expect anything in this problem solving). Later when you get a good score you will be called for an interview on site, the interview is simple, you present yourself in french then english, you are asked some basic questions about C# like what are anonymous variables, difference between an interface and an abstract class, some angular questions (if you work with angular)... If you were good enough, you will be given the result immediately after finishing the interview.
