Easy, descriptive, in depth, everyone was very inviting. It was a group setting, and it gave me a cross functional view of how the entire company worked. Multiple disciplines interviewed me, and everyone was very informative, and questioned my skills appropriately. When I left the interview, I felt that my qualifications were right for the position, and I would be a good fit.

It was three interviews. A call with an internal recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, and then a face to face onsite with HR, hiring manager, and some other folks. Applied online process took about six weeks.
