Entrevista
Written test with more of technical and a few aptitude questions followed by group discussion and interview.
Technical questions were not very difficult, just be through with basic questions especially from o.p gupta.
Group discussion topic was a generic topic.
Interview consisted of based c questions in heat transfer and fluid mechanics. Basics of fertilizer manufacture were asked. 1 technical person and 1 person from HR were in the panel.
HR questions asked about how long we plan to work in spic and so on

Entrevista
Written test: General aptitude, Technical and general knowledge. Test was easy.
Group discussion: Industry related topic. Little difficult.
Interview: Background and attitude test. Easy. Basic technical knowledge was tested. Interviewers were very gentle. I had a very good experience.

Interview process is done by Written test(aptitude & English vocabulary), personal interview ( Technical and HR in single round) with school and college marksheets verification and finally medical checks.

I applied through online and Hallticket was sent by E-mail
Written test conducted in Loyola college in Chennai with 2 rounds (General aptitude & Technical)
Test result came after 1 month and I was asked to appear for Technical interview at Chennai HQ
Technical interview was conducted for 50 mins
But, Offer letter was sent thro E-mail after 3months
Medical checkup was very very strict at SPIC medical centre.
Bond agreement sign off and appointment letter sent thro post.
