Quite straightforward and thorough approach. I had a chat with Gleb, we went through both the technical side of things as well as the company culture. It's quite a new company in Colombia, but the environment seems to be exciting.

They asked many things, experience with previous projects, industries with which I have worked, technologies I used. We went a bit through several technologies (Q&A). Questions were reasonable.
