I applied on LinkedIn and quickly received an email from the recruiter to set up an initial phone screen. During the phone screen, she had an overall tone that was condescending and she seemed annoyed. I asked questions about the company and she was less than thrilled to answer and even tried to deflect a few of them. She said that I would receive a follow up email regardless of outcome, and that never happened. That is an indicator that the company does not follow through on their actions which is a huge red flag. Overall, it was a negative experience.
