Prior to actual interview, a recruiter will call.
The conversation in the call is almost like an interview. Recruiter will ask a few questions, i.e why you apply at SP? Do you have friends / relative working in SP? And most important recruiter will put an offer on the salary package? Once you agree to the salary offer then recruiter will submit resume for an interview. Application, recruiter call, interview schedule, all will be done within 2 - 3 weeks.
Applied couple of times, only got a call back after 7 or 8 applications submitted.
Interviewed at kallang office, the interview panel and the recruiter will be in the same room. Start up by talking about yourself then the panels start by explaining the nature of the job roles. Then the interviewer will ask a couple questions. How can your current job contribute to the role you applied for? How is your capabilities in handling difficult people? Biggest question will be, are you okay to do overtime? They will see if you are able or keen with their overtime requirements. Whole process took around 30 mins.
Recruiter will or may also ask couple questions, may not be related to job position applied. More to individual personality or current / previous job situation.
