Submitted resume, phone interview, then interviewed separately by three of the management team. Each interview was 30-45 minutes. Very low key. Verbal offer came in two days, followed by emailed written offer.

A phone conversation with the hiring manager (VP) was strange to say the least. She was the most standoffish and unpleasant interviewer I came across in a while. Wonder who would want to work for her. None of us followed up, I wouldn't come working for her anyhow.
