The interview was in person and felt rushed, impersonal, and dismissive. Despite my qualifications—including a Bachelor’s in IT, CompTIA A+ and Security+, and hands-on experience with diagnostics and repair—they showed very little interest in my background. The moment I disclosed that I’m very hard of hearing, the tone shifted. Instead of discussing my skills, they focused entirely on whether I could hear well enough to work. I wasn’t given a fair chance to demonstrate my ability or knowledge. The environment felt cold and unwelcoming, and it was clear they weren’t open to accommodating someone with hearing loss, even though the role involved tasks I’m fully capable of doing.

Managers impression was extremely calm and welcoming. Clear instructions of duties and expectations. Several opportunities to move up or just around to a different area. Pay is not deal closer. Gaining experience and education is why I chose the company. If you're into this type of tech, its a playground. Extremely clean and organized environment. Excited to start
