got a quick phone call, then had an in-person interview with the manager where we talked about my experience, availability, and how I handle customers. Got the offer a few days later and started training right after.

Cool. Had three interview. Couldn’t make it to the second one. The general manager, she was nice. I still got the job after meeting with her. She left eventually though.

Process took 2 weeks, I had a virtual interview with the store manager and then followed by the district manager. It was a smooth interview and I left with a positive impression.
