Went through a initial phone screening followed by a group "interview." The screening did not go over any of my qualifications or even tell me the expectations of the job. The second stage was more of a seminar trying to sell their company to me. Sounded fishy until i heard about how i can get money from the people under me. This is entirely a MLM and was obvious from the first contact.
