Had an interview with the Hiring Manager and still waiting for the call back.
Had a great experience, very supportive and encouraging but a long process taking lot of time to hear back.

Very biased process of interview. I would suggest if you have any inside link then only appear for interview otherwise they might reject you. Worst experience so far in my 17 years of experience.
