Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. Acudí a una entrevista en SLB (Midland, TX) en sept 2014
Entrevista
They came to our campus, UT Austin, to recruit. They gave out A LOT of interviews. Basically the interviews were just like "why do you want to work for schlumberger" and "do you know what a field engineer is?"
The first interview is basically just a screening process to see if you know what you're getting into. So if you say something like "i want to work in an office in houston" or something like that, you'll definite get rejected.
After that they flew me out to midland for the "schlumberger experience". We're doing a group presentation about one of their service lines there and there will be recruiting managers there.

Where does a field engineer work? It's not a difficult question, but but it's basically just a screening question to make sure you're the right fit for the job.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
