Interviewed in the lobby of a Marriot hotel. It was a mass hiring event. There were 20 more candidates waiting for interviews. There was a total of two SLB employees conducting interviews.

Very quick. Find oil field recruiting agencies and meet them. Experienced or non experienced they will hire. Make sure you get what they’re offering in writing. Not sure what else could be shared here.

Group meeting, then individual interviews. Was offered a job a few minutes after the interview. I thought it would be a longer process. Was actually suprised and appreciated how it went.
Group interview they had donuts and coffee for us and we were sent back one at a time for 1 on 1 interviews. I had an amazing experience interviewing with this company.
