The interviewing process for their internships is relatively simple and short. I was only required to do a ~30 min on-campus interview, during which most of the questions were regarding my resume and experience. Though I didn't get many/any technical questions, some of my peers were asked some more technical questions for the Mechanical Engineering Intern positions.

Questions were regarding my experience on engineering teams and extracurriculars. The interviewer asked about my role, what I learned, difficulties, etc.
2 stage, first online, second face to face, intervewers will ask based on exeperience listed in resume, interviewers are well known with their technical skills, please do not try to lie to them

Entrevista
This was the first stage of the recruitment process - a phone interview. Based on the performance, the recruitment officer will offer you a place on their REMS Women and Technology Conference in Houston, TX. Fortunately I got through this stage. He asked very basic, general questions - nothing technical. I think he was trying to guage my enthusiasm. I think it's always important to smile, even if its a phone interview.
