Applied online and had phone interview. Resume based, being honest and clear about what you did will get you through. Was asked for availability for onsite before the phone conversation was over and got the site interview invite two days later. Was flown into Sugar Land TX for a two day process which involved 25+ candidates. First day was the plant visit and a presentation on Schlumberger followed by a team building activity (catapult building). Next day kicked off with a presentation on a technical topic related to your work and then had four one on one interviews with recruiters who were in attendance for your presentation. They will try to make sure your fit into the company culture and will not drill you much in technical questions that are in engineering tests , rather they would ask more about interesting stuff in your work. Had lunch with another recruiter after the four rounds and then a small exit interview again with your resume and projects being the focal point. Was told that the decision would be emailed in two weeks but got the offer in a couple of days

second technical (two-day process) in Houston - 10-minute presentation (7 min presentation and 3 min for questions by the panel on the said presentation) and 4 personal interviews(45 minutes each with 15 min breaks in between)

Entrevista
Interacted with the representative at the college career fair and got an on-campus interview the next day which lasted 30 mins. A week later, I was notified of being selected for the second round at Houston. The interviewer was easy to talk with, asked to explain a project from the resume, asked basic behavioural questions
