Met them at a job fair during my junior year in college. Offered me an interview the next day. I could tell the lady did hundreds of these and really tried to grind me to make sure I was a good fit. Asked some pretty tough problem solving questions that forced you to think on the spot.

Good and welcoming interview. I did a presentation on my projects and about myself. Got asked a few technical questions. Everyone was welcoming. It was easy and to the point
