Entrevista
Flew into Dallas Sunday afternoon with the interview starting Sunday night. Interview process starts off with introductions and service area presentations. Groups of 3 to 4 students present on each service and then get grilled on questions. Make sure to include only the information you understand on powerpoint slides; don't use pictures or phrases you don't know fully understand in the presentations, you will get asked about them.
A team activity and several other presentations on benefits/compensation/etc. finished out the night that ends at 3 AM. Breakfast was served between 7 and 8 the next morning before leaving for a field visit. Spent the day visiting a frack location and the Schlumberger field office in Cleburne. Its a lot to take in over the curse of a few hours, they attempt to show you a bunch of equipment around the yard, meet different people that work for the company, and give you a sense of the lifestyle.
The interview process ends with a self-presentation and exit interview. Neither of these is anything to worry about, both very short and mostly just reiterate stuff that has already gone on.
I don;t really understand how they judged candidates. I thought it was mostly based upon personal confidence and interest in the job, but that didn't work out well for me. I'd say to just badger your recruiter with questions to sound interested and don't be intimidated by anything throughout the process.

Build a wall to defend a toy castle from catapulted marshmallows from another team of interviewees.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
