The interviewees were selected based on the resume submitted during Career Fair at campus.
There was a Company Info Session the day before the interview, which was very helpful to understand the company and the position they're hiring, also you can get to know the interviewers.
Interview took about 30 minutes (1:1) at small room at campus career center.
The questions were,,,why schlumberger, what is your strength/weakness, what kind of boss do you wish to have, what did you do during your internship, what position do you apply, etc. And one really easy brain teaser question. And the question time was given. The interviewer tried to sincerely reply my question and explain the company.
