The interviewers would inform the interviewee on the scope of work that is to be expected.
Interviewee would be given scenarios, and was expected to solve, this was to check on ones problem solving technics and is a person was able to work under pressure.

Entrevista
The interview process is stressful but it helps you to get the experience needed to get accepted in other interviews. It starts with a test, only the selected people go to the next stage. The next stage is a presentation about yourself and about a project you did in university. Afterward its a contest, a team job.

Entrevista
I did many interviews for graduate programs during my studies but this was the more professional I have ever had. All people from Schlumberger seemed to have gone through some practical experience in the field before being assigned to any position within the company. Therefore, even the HR managers who were running the interview were extremely competent in the technical aspects of the role. As an engineer, facing technical or competence-based question, I often felt like the person I was talking to did not understand anything of what I said and was just looking for some keyword someone else told them to look at during the interview. Not in this case, the questions that followed my answer and the way the whole interview was run, showed high competence, attention to detail and real interest in the person who was assessed.
Briefly, the interview process was the following. After the usual online tests and phone interview, they invited me London for two assessment days. In day one we had a presentation, then straight away a logic, an engineering (math and physics) and a personality test. The successful candidates were then promoted to the next stages.
In the second half of day 1 and in day 2 we had a presentation of the company and the role, some group activities, a presentation of ourselves and a face to face interview. The feedback was delivered I think about 10 days after.
