The interview process was fast and really flexible. Everybody was helpful. I got fast responses always until the promised date. I could me most of the team members during the interview.

The interview questions started from the basic ones and then went into the deepness of software engineering.
four employees asked questions during 1 hour. 15 minutes for each employees. Their communication skills were very bad. Not clear if they wanted to evaluate the candidate or get some idea for free. The given feedback was very subjective comments like "too junior"; while some very concrete questions were asked, no concrete feedback with objective evaluation was given.
