Very informal. The manager had my Indeed resume. I brought my paper resume and gave him a copy of that. He went over it a little and asked a few questions about my school. He gave me a tour of the shop and I left about 10 mins after arriving.

The process took 2 weeks. I had 2 panel-type interviews in a very friendly environment. The First interview was a short technical test and background check. A week later they called me for a second interview. The second interview was too short (20 minutes). They asked me behavior questions and a background checks again. It was a good experience.
