The interview process consisted of 3 interviews, a personality assessment, a skills test, and an assignment. Throughout the process, the recruitment person stayed in contact, answering all my questions and getting back to me quickly. All in all, it took about 2 months from application to signing the contract. Everything was done online, as I was still living in another country at the time.
