Incredibly unprofessional. The company doesn't have an HR, so some other person tried to call me on my phone. I hate taking unexpected calls of such nature so we arranged a call via email. Second round was with 2 other people, who wouldn't even introduced themselves properly. After submitting an assigment, I wouldn't hear from them and had to chase them to finish the process.
