Got an initial phone interview and was offered a panel interview the same day. The panel interview lasted about 45 minutes with 6 people asking pretty challenging questions. Everyone was extremely friendly. It took about two months to get the job offer.
It was held nicely with proper management, will call you even in 20-25 days if you are selected and they offer you the same amount scale that they have decided they went on a third party entry first for freshers

Entrevista
Interview is very chill; basically an informal informational chat with a current employee, then a chat with the manager who is a very chill guy. Be able to give a quick rundown on your life and skills, but you honestly don’t need to prepare much.
Smooth, simple and interactive. Was welcomed warmly and wasn’t asked too many daunting questions. The interview process may vary depending on the role, the company, requirements and the interviewer. I was also given an offer that I accepted.
