Very professional phone interview with HR rep, then in person interview with director of IS and same HR rep. The phone interview was basic screening questions and some minor questions about background/experience etc.

How would you respond to (insert simulated IT problem) where customer was agitated? They were looking for some technical answers but also, would you reach out to your team members.
Very friendly, mostly basic questions about past experiences and future goals. Situational questions like how to deal with an angry customer. Few technical questions from resume. Over all good experience.
