I was asked to come in for my first interview. It took place in the board room with my would-be manager, a woman from HR and a gentleman from operations. Professional and relaxed. They were very interested in getting to know me as a person, my core values, interests etc. I was invited back for a second interview where I had to give a 20 minute presentation. That was incredibly nerve wracking but they were again very relaxed and nice about everything. I also did have to be screened by a psychologist and take a 100 question personality test.
