the first interview phase was outsourced to a graduate recruit company. the interview was through teams. I found it very hard to connect with the interviewer since she was not a part of segro I also think it its harder on teams than in person just felt very awkward online

Entrevista
A series of 5 prerecorded questions where you film your answer to them. You have 45 seconds to think then 2 minutes to answer. The first questions were basic- do you have a drivers license and are you eligible to work in the UK, then followed up by some where you can further explain yourself.
